Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking and Payment: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session date. A rescheduling fee may apply.
3. Copyright and Usage: All images taken during the session are the property of Gentle Diamond Media Entertainment. Clients are granted personal use rights for sharing on social media and personal printing. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session and come prepared with any specific requests or poses they would like to capture. Cooperation and communication are key to a successful session.
5. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
6. Image Delivery: Digital images will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session via an online gallery. Clients will have the opportunity to select their favorite images for final editing and delivery.
